Shipping and return Policy

Important:

Due to the size and weight of our tables, we are unable to use national shipping carriers like UPS or FedEx. Instead, we use independent carriers with surplus space on their trucks to keep costs down and offer shipping along the East coast.

Curb-to-Curb Shipping:

• Our delivery driver will not bring the table inside, take stairs, or assist with setup.
• You will need to have two people available to bring the table inside and set it up.

Delivery Window:

• Once we have a shipping date, the carrier will require a 4-hour window for delivery.
• You will need to be available for the entire 4 hours to meet the driver and receive the table.

Shipping Pricing:

• Pricing is based on a bid system, where we find the best possible price for shipping based on your delivery address and carrier availability.
• We typically use Uship.com to get quotes for shipping.
• Because of our system, we can only provide exact pricing for shipping once a bid is received.

Example Pricing:

• Shipping from Ashland, VA to New Jersey Shore – door to door, residential: $295.00
• Your price for shipping may be more or less.

Option to Cancel:

• Before your order is picked up, you will be sent the price for shipping.
• You have the option to reject the pricing and/or cancel the order.
